Order Processing: Orders before 2:00 PM IST are processed the same day; later orders the next working day.

Delivery: Timelines vary by location. A tracking link is shared once dispatched.

Privacy: We collect only essential details for delivery and never misuse or share your information.

Return & Refund Policy

Handmade items may have slight variations and are not returnable. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Used vessels will not be taken back.

Please report issues within 2 days of delivery at eldhose@larishta.com or WhatsApp. Refunds (if approved) take 5–7 business days; replacements 10–12 business days.
