Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Larishta, every product you order is more than just an item —it’s a story, lovingly handcrafted by skilled artisans who pour in days of effort, patience, and care. Because each piece is made by hand, no two items are exactly the same —small variations in shape, size, colour, texture, or weight are not flaws, but proof of human touch. We hope you cherish them as much as we do.

Still, if something goes wrong and you receive a product that’s damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we promise to make it right.

1. When We Can Offer a Return or Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • There’s a major manufacturing defect
  • The item is damaged during shipping
  • You receive a completely different product than you ordered

2. When a Return Isn’t Possible 

We cannot accept returns if:

  • You changed your mind and the product matches everything described on our website
  • The small imperfections are just part of handmade charm
  • The product has been used

3. How to Tell Us if Something’s Wrong 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know within 2 days of delivery You can:

When you contact us, please share:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos showing the issue
  3. Invoice copy (photo or PDF)
  4. Whether you’d like a replacement, refund, or store credit
  5. A short reason for return

We’re here to help —but if we don’t hear from you within that time window, we won’t be able to process a return.

4. What Happens Next

  1. Once you reach out, our team will get back to you within 24 hours by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  2. Our quality team will review your request.
  3. If approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization and the return address.

5. Sending Your Product Back

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Use a trackable, insured shipping method so it reaches us safely.
  • Include the completed return form inside the package.

6. Replacement & Refund Timeline

  • Replacement orders usually go out within 10–12 working days after we receive your returned product.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds are sent through the original payment method used at checkout.
  • If only part of your order is returned, we refund only for that part.

7. Cancelling an Order

  • Before Shipment: Contact us immediately —we’ll process your refund in about 3 business days.

8. A Couple of Final Notes

  • We’ll only refund shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong item.
  • We can only handle returns for items bought directly from Larishta, not other sellers.
  • The final call on return approval rests with the Larishta Quality Team.
